3. Donations & Use of Funds

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.
• Funds received are used for our core missions: health, education, livelihoods, and gender empowerment programs.
• In case of surplus from relief-oriented donations, remaining funds may be redirected to similar welfare activities.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

In the event of an erroneous transaction or if you wish to cancel a donation:

• Send a written request with proof of payment within 2 working days of the transaction.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval.
• If a donation receipt or tax exemption certificate has already been issued, refunds cannot be made.
• Refunds for international donations may take longer due to banking timelines.

5. Tax Exemption

Eligible Indian donors will receive an 80G tax exemption receipt upon successful donation, as per Indian tax laws. PAN details may be required.

6. Donor Rights

We are committed to ethical fundraising and donor respect. Donors have the right to:

• Be informed about the Foundation’s mission and use of funds
• Access financial information and annual reports
• Receive prompt acknowledgment and appropriate recognition
• Know whether fundraisers are staff or volunteers
• Request anonymity or opt-out from communications

7. Website Security

We ensure that all transactions and data exchanges on our site are encrypted and secure. We are not responsible for third-party breaches outside of our control.
